GENERAL

Please arrive with your hair clean and ready to cut. Please also arrive alone, as our limited space for waiting is reserved for clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a credit card to reserve your appointment and request that rescheduling and cancellation of appointments be made no later than one day prior. Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less notice, including no-shows, will be charged a $50 (+ tax) cancellation fee.

LATE ARRIVAL

We highly recommend phoning or texting us if you will be late for your appointment. We always do our very best to accommodate our clients upon arrival. However, because our barbers are in high demand and typically have full schedules, clients arriving 10 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive to our business's operation and our clients' experience. This includes but is not limited to: being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaving inappropriately with a member of our team, or posing a threat to the health and/or safety of our team or business.

CHILDREN

We offer haircut services to clients 12 years of age and older. However, we do not offer a different price based on age.

WELLNESS

We ask that anyone who is unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or who has had known contact with a person with COVID-19 cancel their appointment and reschedule for a later date.

LIABILITY RELEASE

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public space where other people are present. When you arrive for your appointment, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Best Barber or any of its employees liable for any illness or injury.
